I teach AP Physics 1 and 2 to students at American and IB schools across the UAE. I’ve taught physics for 9 years, first in a classroom and now mostly online. Lessons usually start from your school problem sets, then move into exam-style questions on forces, energy, circuits and waves, with plenty of time to talk through the reasoning rather than just rushing to the formula. I’m used to working around busy school and activity schedules here.

I’m a bit of a physics geek living in Sharjah and tutoring AP Physics online in the evenings. Most of my students are juggling heavy STEM loads, so we keep lessons practical and focused: lots of worked examples on kinematics, Newton’s laws and simple harmonic motion, plus quick check-ins on the math. I’m happy for you to send photos of class notes or tests so we can fix specific gaps. Parents often join the first session to agree goals together.

Based in Al Ain, I tutor AP Physics 1 alongside my role as a science lab instructor. Many students I see are fine with calculations but less sure how the concepts link to real experiments. In lessons we sketch out setups, interpret graphs and practise writing clear, concise justifications for multiple-choice and free-response questions, following the style used in the official mark schemes. I also review lab reports for clarity and scientific language.
